Tuition, Lessons and Groups

If you are at any point unsatisfied with being a member of Catlett Academy, you’ll have 30 days to email us at hello@catlettacademy.com and tell us why. We’ll consider your reason before issuing a refund as long as it is reasonable and valid.

Apparel & Merchandise

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You'll have fourteen (14) days of delivery of the damaged or defective product to submit a return request and you must provide reasonable proof to us of such damage or defect. We'll promptly review your correspondence in order to determine whether such damage or defect warrants a refund. We will inform you of the decision to approve or deny your request with an explanation of its decision. Should the return be considered a defect, we reserve the right to investigate and conduct a thorough analysis of the defect, which may include sending the defective merchandise to us before a decision can be made. Customer is responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label with the carrier of their choice. Failure to send back the merchandise within within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item will disqualify the order from the review process and a refund will not be issued.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics and accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, pre-loved items, gift cards, books & stationary or any digital content.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded store credit via digital promo code equal to the amount of your purchase.
